The Illinifest Student Film Festival celebrates the creativity and diversity of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign film production communities. Our mission is to provide a showcase for the talent, ingenuity and vison across the UIUC campus. The Festival features productions from Illini Film and Video, Photon Pictures, the C-U Cinefiles, College of Media production classes and independent student projects. We welcome a variety of submissions: short narratives and documentary, experimental films, video essays, animation. Illinifest is committed to creating and sustaining a platform through which these student productions can be shared with the University and the Champaign-Urbana community.
Illinifest is open to all UIUC student film makers. The 2019 Illinifest Student Film Festival deadline for submission is April 14th, 2019. The event is April 27th, 2019 in the Gregory Hall Theater, Gregory Hall.

The 2019 Illinifest call for submissions has begun. We are welcoming student productions in any form. Short narratives and documentary, experimental films, video essays and animation are all part of the event.
